I understand that riding an e-bike/scooter involves risks including accidents, injury, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks.
We can pickup and drop-off bike and/or customer (local only)
I release CANADIAN RIDE from any liability for injury, damage, or loss during use.
I agree to return the e-bike/scooter in good condition and pay for any damage, loss, or theft.
I authorize use of my deposit for damages, loss, late returns, or additional charges.
Security deposit will be paid in person
CANADIAN RIDE is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
I confirm I am fit to ride, not under the influence, and will follow traffic rules.
No refunds once rental has started unless otherwise agreed.
We have right to refuse your booking in such conditions.
We have free parking and helmets, if available
